Meow TKC Kitties, and welcome to The Kitties' Club Show with my guest Simon. I hope you all enjoy it!

Home: Olalla, Wa we are on the kitsap Penninsula right across from Seattle...my meowm takes the ferry to Seattle lots.

Age: 9

Breed: pussycat-rose orange

Hobby: harassing Marybeth and Jacquelyn, my sisfurs

My Personality Type: loving, inquisitive, active, spoiled

Pet Peeve: not getting shrimp when I want some or if meowm brushes jacquelyn first in the morning

Favorite Toy: moles

Favorite Thing to Eat: shrimp

(Twixy) Who are Jacquelyn or Marybeth, Your housemate cats? & why aren't there any photos of them?

(Simon) My sisfur Jacqulyn is 13. She was raised from 6 days old by my meowm...she is odd...sort of like a cat and sort of not...she still plays like a kitten and follows mom and dad around all the time. She is a grey tuxedo. Marybeth is a tortie and she is 19. She was born to my meowm so she has always been here. She is probably meowms favorite. She is still quite active. My meown tells her she is her little kitten. They do not have pages because Teal'cs mom made mine..my mom is just lazy and not really bright enough to do a page I think...she keeps saying she is going to do them but she always has other work to do. Sheshould put my dogs on to..we have a Cardigan Corgi and Blue eyed blue merle Aussie...you can see pictures of all these in the pet of the month on her website www.ninasbigstore.com i also have two other cat sisfurrs, Marguerite and Lottie. Lottie and Marg really are sisters. they live in the studio area..they do not come into the upper part of the house. They are huge fluffy torties. Lottie is used in a lot of meowms artwork.
(Twixy) Do you go near or smooch Countess the horse?

(Simon) I only watch the horses...they have very dangerous looking feet and they are very large. I sit in the garden and watch them. We used to have many more horses but they all went to live at my human sisters dressage training stable.


(Twixy) Do you go traveling with your Mom in the car?

(Simon) I hate going in the car...just hate it...

(Twixy) Are you an outdoor puss, going outside as you like?

(Simon) I go out in the morning after brekky for about 4 hours or less. We have coyote and raccon so I am not allowed out when it is dark or late day. And the dogs come out into the yard with me so I am pretty safe. If I do not go out I yeowl and drive my meowm crazy. Lottie and Marguerite get to be out more. Marybeth and Jacquelyn come out on the deck, but they rarely come down to the garden.

(Twixy) Has your Mom done any special paintings or sculptures of you?

(Simon) My meowm did a platter of me several years ago...and it was produced. I think she still has the original. She has not used me in anything else as yet though she says she is going to do a vase to go with the Alfie vase in the rescue Me-ow series.


(Twixy) Can you tell us a little about Nina's Big Store and your Blog?

(Simon) Ah, the store www.ninasbigstore.com is a website where my meowm sells her own original artwork , paintings or pottery, her artwork on Tee shirts, cards and prints and totes, her artworkd that has been reproduced on products, and also some of Cat Smith Wards (Teal'c'c mom) cards and purrses. My meowm has just added the vases the original vases she paints individually herself...you can get your own cat done now. The pets of the month are fun...she has put all of us on there and some of her daughters and some friends and some fans have sent in pictures and some from catster and dogster.
My blog , I do every month..i put in pictures of friends and talk about what is happening in my world or things that interest me. there are also pictures of my animal family there.

(Twixy) What is your favorite things to do around the house?

(Simon) I like to sleep...I like to sit under the lamp where it is warm. i like to sit up on the china cupboard in fron t of the lion painting and pretend to be a lion (you can see in my blog) I like to sit on the side table in the kitchen where we have plants and what my dad calls "our wishing plates"( we sit by them and wish mom would feed us some treat and she does...we are so spoiled) I like to sit and watch mom cook. or i like to sit by her when she is on the computer working. She does not let me into her studio because she says only pottery cats can be in there

(Twixy) Was Alfie a "Gud Boy" when he visited you and your Mum?

(Simon) Alfie was wonderful when he visited me. We had a great time. he loved Marybeth and she loved him. He had lunch with me and he came out on the deck with me and sat under my table where I sit and watch the horses in the pasture. We had a great time together.

(Twixy) How did you come across Catster?

(Simon) I found Catster through Teal'c's meowm who gave us a subscription and made my page for me. We love catster.
